Weird cramping

So I'm 4 weeks pregnant, got my BFP a couple days ago and been confirmed with multiple tests including digitals. My period would have started today but obviously it hasn't. But I've got really weird cramping going on almost all day, not intense like a period, more of a deeper, tingly ache on one side? Idk how else to describe it.

I can't help but quickly assume something is wrong as I had a chemical a couple months ago. I don't have any more symptoms, no spotting, no weird discharge, nothing.

Is this normal, am I overreacting?
