My 16mo old has overlapping toes on both feet. Any one else’s have this and it corrected itself?

My niece’s toes have always been like that and still are at 3 years old. She walks fine and shoes fit fine. I don’t think it’s anything to worry about!

My daughter has curly toe on one foot. It isn't effecting her walking and her ped doc is watching it at well checks. She said it corrects itself a lot of times by age 4. If it is still bad there is a simple surgery they will recommend because it can effect comfort the larger a person gets with more weight on it. But doesn't hurt her or effect her currently. Was just told but her wide shoes and make sure she is always in good fitting and comfy shoes. They suggested stride rite and they have been great.

My son have it on both feet and the orthopedic specialist said it wasn't anything to be done. just give him really good fitting shoes to prevent it from getting worse.

Have you showed the doctor babies toes? The doctor should've noticed this way before six months.
