Help something is wrong down there

Ok let me start off by saying it’s so dry down there and itchy but seriously dry let me give you some back story on it so I was on my period like last week and when I got off of it I went to see my bf we did the nasty a couple of time he ate me out and so forth then we went swimming I got home pretty tired so I didn’t shower the next morning I woke up and there was dry discharge like on my vaginal home and it was covered it looked gross so I cleaned it but I’ve been super dry and uncomfortable down there I don’t know what’s wrong help
