Dating scan vs. cycle-based due dates
On my last cycle, I ovulated on day 21 and expected my period on day 35. (I was bbt and OPKing.) To calculate the due date used in apps or online, I entered the conception date as my ovulation date where possible, or my expected period date minus four weeks if they asked for LMP.
In both cases, using cycle data, I got July 8 as a result. I now have my dating scan results, and it also says July 8! I know that even the best guess is just that -- a guess -- but it's still nice to know that everything is on target. Did anyone else have their dating scan perfectly match their cycle-based prediction?
