Can you give a baby to much

My baby just turned 9 months she is an only child. My fiancé and i give her so much toy wise, books. Recently she started kicking at us when we try put her shoes on she I say ok no shoes unless we are out and about in public, I let her ride in car with just socks then put shoes on. Another thing that happen is she wanted a sippy cup that her cousin had she picked it up to her lips and had a sip. I then said “ honey can my momma have that you don’t need orange juice” she beginning to cry get very upset and continue to reach for the cup she even pushed my hand a few times. I don’t allow her any juice products. My sister says that’s because she spoiled and gets everything. Is that accurate or is this just a nine month old acting as a nine month old. Other family that was there at the time says oh yeah she spoiled and she will never let you leave her. My child has never been cared for by anyone but my fiancé and I. But she and I will visit my mom and she will play with her grandma I can even go outside and she will be fine. She love seeing other people. I’m I spoiling her, I’m I going make her think she can behave a certain way?
