My son has a fever 100-101.2 I noticed this morning and he had trouble breathing through his nose should I take him to the Er ?

Personally I wouldn't go just for that. I would attempt to lower the fever at home and just keep an eye to male sure not getting worse. Probably would call our pediatrician to see what they recommend but I don't think it would be the ER yet.

Could just be allergies. Mine had a 103 fever last Monday but it went down after taking Tylenol. He was fine after 2 days. I would be more concerned about constant diarrhea, throwing up, not drinking or eating, and extreme fatigue. I wouldn’t risk getting something worse from being in an ER.
