Fatigue

Hi so I’ve been extremely fatigued for a couple months now. I have a 1 year old and I’m not pregnant so that’s out of the question lol. Anyways I find myself wanting to sleep all day and I have ZERO energy. When I drive it’s like I. Zone out and just wanna go to sleep. I got bloodwork done and everything came back fine. I’ve been having chest pains and I’m seeing a cardiologist who is doing further tests because I had a dip in my ekg and he listened to my heart and said could be possible murmur or a prolapse. He told me he doesn’t think anything dangerous is going on and not to worry. Anyone else felt fatigued alllll the time after your first child? Idk what could be going on considering my bloodwork came back normal and my cardiologist doesn’t seem to concerned.
