Ovulation as contraceptive method
May seem a bit silly but has anyone ever used ovulation tests to track ovulation as a way of not getting pregnant? My little one is 9 months not wanting another one yet but dont want to pump my body with artificial hormones until we’ve had another in a few years. For medical reasons after trial and error the OH can’t use condoms. Any advice be great. Thank you 😊
