Ladies,

Is this true? Does sex in late pregnancy help bring on labor?

I'm 38 weeks, cervix is super high up and closed. My mom is coming to visit me when I'll be 39 weeks. But get this: she is only staying 10 days.

I'm at a loss. This will be a VBAC for me, my second child, and I'm really anticipating a vaginal birth.

Doctor today told me (after checking my extremely closed cervix) that the only thing that works is sex.

Is this helpful? Because I will legit have sex as much as I humanely can.
