Hi everyone! So I am high risk due to a chromosomal translocation (can’t do anything except watch baby grow every other week and check HCG and just make sure I’m staying healthy and relaxed to prevent losing) and have had 9 miscarriages before. I am currently 6w3d pregnant and we got to see a heartbeat today. Doc said that was good, however I have seen and heard the heartbeat before and still lost the baby. He wants to do amniocentesis and CVS when I am past 10 weeks, however I know there is an increased change of miscarriage with those since I do have a chromosome issue. Has anyone gotten them done being high risk? Or is getting them done?
