Do you shave (your vag) for your OB appointments?

I’m currently 37 weeks pregnant and do not feel like shaving my lady parts for my appointment tomorrow (tmi- shaved for last weeks appt). Pretty sure they’re going to check my cervix, should I even care about that ?!

People who regularly look at vaginas for a job don’t care or stare. They’re just trying to get the job done! If you don’t shave regularly or find it difficult, don’t make your life more complicated to make the dr more comfortable. Just make sure you wash well 😆.

Your vagina is inside of you. No, I don’t shave my pubic hair because it can increase risk of infection if I accidentally knick myself, which is likely if I can’t see wtf I’m doing lol. 
I keep mine relatively trim with some basic trimmers in the shower and keep the guard on it to avoid getting too close. But I don’t fully remove the hair. There’s no point.

I genuinely tried to keep shaved as that’s just my personal preference, but I know damn well I wasn’t getting everything down there from 30 weeks on. No idea what kind of soul patches my doc got to see down there, and I don’t feel one bit bad about it!

Girl your doctor couldn’t care less lol, don’t shave for that. 
I shave occasionally (more like rarely haha) just because I feel a little cleaner that way. But with this belly it’s getting to be too much of a workout to do that anyway😂
