How long does it take??

So today the genetic counselor called and told me my results for my NIPT test that I took last Tuesday and said he would put it on the patient portal thingy ... but it’s still not there and I just want to look at it to confirm what he told me. Does it usually take awhile for it to show up? even on the tracker thing for my NIPT thing it hasn’t even updated & only says sample received.
