Very emotional

This my second pregnancy and I feel like I’ve been so much more emotional this time around I hate it, I feel like I’ve been short tempered and everything makes me cry. I have a 14 month old and I feel like I’ve been yelling too much and just not doing enough for him since I’ve been pregnant 😭 I don’t really have any friends and I’m a stay at home mom so I don’t really have anyone I can vent to and I feel like that’s a part of the problem.. is anyone else going through this or have any advice??
