Exclusively pumping mamas, how many times a night do you pump?
I’m 14 days postpartum. Past two nights i accidentally slept through the night. I normally only pump once a night but I’m trying to build my supply up and create an oversupply so I can have milk frozen for when babygirl comes home from the NICU. Do you pump at night? If so how many times? I’ve heard you can pump only once at night and be okay but I’m curious to see others experience with it.
