Pregnancy lunch/breakfast ideas?
So before I got pregnant I was on a weight loss journey and eating super healthy. I was doing great. But now that I’m pregnant I’m so worried about eating anything that has the chance of listeria or harmful to the baby. I don’t care about loosing weight anymore but I want to be healthy...
I used to meal prep shredded chicken for my lunches but I feel like that’s not safe anymore 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
I also used to eat a lot of food that’s normally unhealthy but was low calorie alternatives. Like flex chips but I don’t know if the high protein stuff is safe..
I would drink premier protein shakes for breakfast but I don’t think their safe...
Also I don’t have my first actual appointment until April 27th 😳 I’m 11+4 right now..
Just looking for some ideas to stay healthy but also that are easy to grab and go.
