anybody have a baby measuring small?

My babe is about 13 weeks and the doc keeps  saying It’s measuring small, but growing at a normal rate (so that’s good)....
it just worries me, as this has never been the case in my previous pregnancies. My BP is also low but they don’t seem concerned. These rural doctors are notorious for missing things. 
Anyone have a babe that measured small in early weeks and/or combined with low BP AND can offer any insight OR advice please drop a message.

Durning my pregnancy they kept saying my baby was small and when i had her she was 6lbs8oz but she gained weight consistently. She’s almost two years old and I’m still being told she’s “too small” her dad is 5’5 120lb and I’m 5’2 we are tiny ppl lol 🙄 as long as baby is gaining weight and meeting appropriate milestones and there’s no other underlying issues i say they are fine.

Daughter now 5 years old measured a week behind throughout my whole pregnancy but she was growing and gaining at each appointment so doctor wasn't too worried. She came out 5lb 13 oz, small but healthy. Always under the precentile but growing nevertheless. I'm 5'4, weighed 115 pre-pregnacy, so not a super big person. With my second baby measured ahead at my 12 week scan but at my 20 week anatomy scan, ob said baby was measuring a week behind. I'm not too worried as I am always feeling him kicking and moving more so than my first. 😄
