Mother inlaw leaves my toddler!!

My mother inlaw requested I bring my 4year old toddler to visit her, she's been nagging about it so I asked them to please quarantine for 14days as I have a 6month old too and I didn't want her sister catching anything and infecting her, my mother inlaw is always around people she has a business and but my husband suggested she goes and visits and so she did. The following day I called her to check on my child and she says she dropped her off at a local kindergarten WITHOUT MY CONSENT!!! The last time I sent my daughter there she caught pneumonia and almost died because she had it and still kissed her she was 2!!! Now she's dropped her off at a kindergarten I asked her which one and she won't even say!!! I'm very angry she says I must leave my own daughter alone, she also said my 6month baby is ugly and she doesn't want to see her... I want to call the POLICE ON THIS WOMAN 🚮 she knows there's covid, and her not wanting to tell me which school my child is in I s basically kidnap. My husband loves his mom so I can see he gets upset with me when I ask him to call the police cause I want my child!!!
