Help!! Should I be worried?

I got my period today and it’s extremely light and I didn’t get nearly as much cramping as I usually do. I’m barely filling a light tampon when I usually use a regular. I only had sex once this month and I used a condom and that was about two weeks ago. I also have been super stressed out this month, so is this my period and it’s just super light because of stress? Or could this be implantation bleeding?
