When do you pms???

How many days before your period do you PMS?? I’ve never really experienced it and I think this period I am!! My emotions and everything are out of whack and my periods in 4 days

Pretty much from day after ovulation to day 2 lol its the 2 weeks from he'll for me

I didn’t use to really pms but with my current birth control I start to pms as soon as I start taking my placebos and then starts bleeding 3-5 days later.

Mine was always a week before and during my period. I’d get sooooo emotional or really bitchy lol
