I NEED ADVICE! Help!!!!

I left town for 2 weeks and when I got home I had a gut feeling to take an ovulation test and you will be able to tell it was POSITIVE! That was on the 7th so now I’m 8dpo and I’m crampy like I’m on my period and when I used the ladies room there was spotting when I wiped. Do you guys think it’s implantation symptoms?? Oh yeah I’m 5 months PP.
