First birth vs second

I’m coming up on the birth of my second daughter and I’m just curious...

How was your first birth different from your second?

My first, I was induced on 11/12 at 7pm, I was expecting such a painful birth because everyone around me told me Pitocin would hurt. I ended up having an amazing birthing experience and had her the next day by 11am. I was in active labor from 4am until I had her. I pushed for maybe 15 minutes.

Not bad for a first time mom if you ask me.

I’ve heard once your body has done birthing, it goes a little quicker with your second. Do you find that to be true?

**I know every birth is different, and I have no expectations for this birth. What happens is what will be, this is just out of curiosity 🙂
