I am having spotting light brown and I am 5 weeks 4 days pregnant ?

Answer

Bleeding in pregnancy can be normal but I had brown spotting in one of my pregnancies and it turned out to be ectopic. The bleeding continued for about a week. This was the only symptom I had of an ectopic, they couldn’t even see it on an ultrasound. I  would mention it to your midwife or doctor for reassurance.
