Day 3 transfer?

Question

Looking for opinions or experience on day 3 transfers and or day three freezing embryos? 
I have 3 growing currently and they said with the smaller number growing that it might not be as smart to push them to day 5. 
Just looking for experiences, information, articles, anything to help me learn more so I can advocate better?

I have two beautiful boys from day 3 transfers don’t underestimate them!  First try both times as well!!  One is 4 years old and the other is 5 months old. I would do it. 
They also say that putting them back into their natural environment is helpful. Yes, they think they are stronger if grown out to day 5 but you take a risk of losing them when they could have thrived in the womb!

My clinic doesn’t even do day 3 checks; they prefer to let them go uninterrupted to day 5 and the likelihood is higher that those will be successful anyway. FWIW, I had only 3 fertilized and (to our happy dismay) all 3 made it to blastocyst - 2 on day 5 and 1 on day 6. Good luck with whatever you decide!!

I agree with that...coming from someone who lost 75-100% of my embryos each retrieval, you dont know how many will make it. On our 3rd retrieval, we transferred 2 on day 3. It failed. But we also ended up getting 3 blasts. If I had known day 3 that I would actually get blasts, I would have waited. But there was no way to know at the time.
Success rate is slightly higher waiting for day 5 tho. It's a tough call
