My wife and I are expecting our third child 🥰
My wife and I are expecting our third child! We have been together 13 years and married for 7. She had our first child (beautiful baby boy) in 2011 and it was so amazing because it happened on the first try via at home insemination. 4 years later we decided we wanted to have another child and this time I would be the one to carry. Let’s just say it was a reality check that took an emotional toll. We were having trouble getting pregnant this time at home. I went for testing and was placed on clomid to help me conceive. At this point we were 2 years in and my oldest was now about to be 6. We were starting to lose hope and began to discuss her having to carry again if I was unable to. But on our third clomid cycle we got pregnant (still with at home insemination)! We were having another boy and we were ecstatic. We had decided we were done and felt two was good for us (so we thought). Fast forward to almost 4 years later, after discussing it for a year we decided we would try for our third and final baby. Because it took me so long last time to get pregnant ( I would be carrying again) and this time I had been on birth control for my periods for the last three years we anticipated the wait would be long. Well weren’t we wrong! One time at home insemination and bam we got pregnant! 🤯 the point is to all my same sexy couples please don’t give up! It may take some time and it may be a little more difficult but you can and will have your own beautiful little family. Don’t give up! It will happen and it will be amazing! If you want any tips I’m willing to share how we conquered our lost hope during my first but our second pregnancy. Anything I can share that will help our fellow LGTBQI families! 🤗
P.S. we are having another boy Aug. 2021! My oldest son wanted a little sister so he was a bit disappointed lol but our youngest is ecstatic! Ready for my house to smell like dirty socks and farts for the rest of our lives 🤣
