Capping naps?

Question

(9 months next week) When do you cap naps? 1.5h? Baby naps two times a day and sometimes her first nap is 1h 45m and her last nap sometimes doesn’t last super long so wondering if capping the first one at 1.5 would help?
Just need some advice. ❤️

I don’t wake up my babies unless I have too. I trust him to know when and how much sleep he needs. He took a 3.5 hour morning nap yesterday and a 2 hour afternoon nap. Yesterday he needed more sleep. He usually naps longer in the morning than afternoon.

my doc said to never let them sleep more then 3hours for a nap.. but she does like 2 1/2 in morning and 1.5 in afternoon
