9weeks 2 days bleeding red blood

Hey ladies. Suddenly today morning i felt weet on my underwear and got into bathroom and i bleeded red period like blood.went for an emergent ultrasound and no hemorrage found.baby was fine,with a strong heartbeat of 169,and also moving.though baby as 2 days behind and the sac 3 days behind. She perscribed me progestone oraly amd vaginaly. She said baby looks to be fine.

But do you have some good stories to share with me. I am just freaking my self out
