Pregnant with baby #5 at 35

I recently found out I’m pregnant and again after a miscarriage last month, 3/13 was the worst day of my life.. Went in on Wednesday to get my hcg levels checked 86.6, kinda low and scary for me, had them rechecked yesterday and it has dropped too 81.9 I’m feeling defeated!! I have no words at this moment because I am so worried since finding out and this stress is killing me.. I’ve have no spotting nor bleeding but I’m sure it will come, praying that it won’t come and my baby will continue but I have a drs appointment on Monday to see what’s the next step!!
