So this morning my fiancée and I had sex and we did missionary pretty hard and rough. Now my stomach is cramping and I’m worried I just caused a miscarriage because my stomach is now cramping . I’m afraid we hurt the baby. I’m going on 12 weeks.

The pain you’re feeling is everything stretching pretty much. You possibly orgasmed and that caused the round ligaments to spasm. The baby is so far up and missionary actually doesn’t go that deep, no matter how rough it is. I used a baby belt at 13 weeks and I had such bad pain in my lower abdomen, I thought I had a UTI. But it was just from all the pressure on my abdomen.
