What's the Best cup or reusable disk

So I've been using the flex disk and it leaks with me. I think it's too small or I'm possibly titled. Not sure which but I have to use a pad with it lately. I have heavy flow and rarely are they ever light.

So I need some recommendations for a reusable product that wouldn't leak prefer a disk but open to a cup.

I'm over pads and the flex dish now. I can't get it to stay in place or in right angle for me. I did once the that was the first time I ever used it and haven't since, been a year using them.
