Did your baby run a fever while cutting teeth?

FTM and my baby has had a fever on and off for a day and a half now. She’s been drooling and sucking on her hand a lot more than usual. She didn’t get a fever with her two bottom teeth, which is why I’m concerned. If it’s not gone by the morning I’m taking her to the doctor’s office. 🥺
She has zero symptoms of a cold or flu! Still giving her Tylenol, though.
