Please help me understand what is going on here

My history:

I was first place on Depo after the birth of my 3rd son in July 2019. My first shot was in August 2019, then November 2019, and finally February 2020. My period started June of 2020 and I had regular cycles with confirmed LH surges but never fell pregnant. In October 2020 I spotted the entire cycle. My doc did bloodwork and scans and everything came back normal. She put me on Tri-Sprintec for 3 months to “reset my cycle”. I took my last pill February 10, 2021 and my withdrawal bleeding started February 15, 2021. The photo below is my current cycle.

I also use 2 Clearblue Advanced Digital ovulation test holders and Internet OPKs which confirmed the LH surges except the last one on cd25. During that time the Advanced holders only detected Estrogen surges.

I took another test just now and it found another LH Surge. May it’s a sign I’m pregnant.. (not to mention the very vivid dream I had last night of my meeting a baby girl [I saw her face and everything]) Should I test?
