Nexplanon and acne

Hi all, I had my Nexplanon implant put in in September 2019… Everything has been great but all the sudden I am getting terrible acne on my jaw line, neck, back, chest and shoulders. My diet is for the most part pretty clean and I will maybe drink once/twice a month. I’m also having a hard time getting my weight down where it normally is and I lift five days a week and do cardio five days a week. I’m more irritated about acne than anything, although it would be nice to see my hard work in the gym pay off. Anybody experience this about a year and a half in?
