SO CONFUSED

I need you mommas to help me feel some clarity as I’m not getting it from doctors. I have been spotting off and on for over a week I’m 5 weeks 2 days hcg blood work has shown my hcg is rising as normal and I had an ultrasound yesterday which showed a gestational sac and that my cervix appeared to be closed and that there appears to be no reason for my bleeding and then this morning ... this like two times and in the toilet. Any one have bleeding like this and know what it could be from ?
