I am so confused if this belly band is going to help with the bump heaviness !! Pls suggest!!

I had a hard time with the belly bands. They actually caused me more pain. Someone told me about K Tape and it was amazing for me! I am shorter and the belly band never sat right on me and would move constantly so I was always having to readjust it. The K Tape doesn't move and can be worn for several days even with showering. I went from having such bad sciatic pain that my husband had to carry me upstairs and put me into bed to being able to walk again by myself.

I got this one. In my experience the ones that are just 1 band don't do as much.

My husband got me this one  cause I was struggling lol. The shoulder straps came in handy at the end. I also used it as a binder post partum
