UPDATE- Don’t feel right

I’ve had a splitting headache on right side of my head only for 4 days straight. I can’t sleep it hurts so bad. I’ve spent two nights on the couch with an ice pack on suffering. Blood pressure isn’t bad (137/82). Today on day 4 my headache is worse than ever and I feel like my heart is pounding.

Should I call ob and ask for some kind of testing? Idk what it would be but I def feel off.

Update- I went in for bloodwork and my liver levels are elevated. BP is at 143/77. Looking at potential HELLP diagnosis. I got the steroid shot for baby’s lungs today. I do a 24 hr pee test tmrw and repeated labs Friday. It sounds like I’ll have baby Friday if they are not good. Still have protein in urine as well going on 4 weeks.
