Back pain
Hey all, I’m a night shift nurse at a local hospital and have noticed that back pain is getting increasingly worse due to having to be on my feet all night. I am almost 27 weeks now and haven’t found any relief. Is there anything that might help with support for my back? I already have really good shoes just need other suggestions so I can continue to work as long as possible.
