Lost :/

I’m currently not in The US so I can’t see my doctor but I’ve had a miscarriage on February 28th an D&C

And I barely got my period two weeks ago and for some reason I wanted to take a test? And I find myself finding faint lines? My question is if I still have my old HCG levels I shouldn’t have gotten my period correct? So I don’t know if it’s just my old hormones and if it is I need to go back home and get that cleared up or that there’s a chance I might be pregnant?
