Early wake ups/early last nap. What to do?!
Lately my LO has been waking up at around 6. Putting first nap at 8ish, then second nap ending around 2. With the time change, it’s too bright out to put her to bed any earlier than 7:30-and by that time, after 5.5 hours of wake time, she is a wreck from being so tired. Also-it seems she is more likely to have night wakings on days like these. (When she goes to bed super tired). My other fear with putting her to bed earlier than 7:30 is that she’s already waking at 6 for the day. I def can’t handle any earlier. Lol! Or maybe if she was more well rested when she went to bed, she’d sleep later? Ugh, idk. My other kids are older-to the point where when they’re exhausted, they sleep better, not worse. 😂 So I don’t remember this whole sleep begets sleep situation. Any hints? Should I invest in blackout curtains and get her to bed around 7?
