Is he the biggest you've had? Because it might sound stupid but you may have not actually broken your hymen with the partners before if they were smaller and so this could be why. If this is the case plenty of lube and just practice is the only solution but if not or you're still worried there's always the doctor and that's their job so there's no need to be embarrassed
