Stomach bug or contractions

Ugh the last two days my 2yr old has had diarrhea and not wanting to eat. She’s acting completely normal and no fever thankfully. Most likely a little stomach bug.
Now I woke up super nauseous with intense upper middle stomach pain (right where the top of my uterus is) and cramping low with some back pain. It comes and goes every 20-30mins. I just want to throw up and curl into a ball. I hope I didn’t catch it too 😩 especially the poos.
