Hcg shot effects

Hi ladies, I have pcos, did a round of clomid this month and got an hcg shot yesterday. I had some cramping last night, to the point sex was almost impossible (but necessary- doctors orders), today I feel like I was hit by a Mack truck.. Exhausted, headache, dizzy... Anyone else have any of these symptoms? I don't google bc I drive myself crazy then lol I'd rather hear real people's effects!! Tia!
