Munchkins Lactation cookies

I'm thinking about buy some of the Munchkins lactation cookies from the grocery store.

Just looking for people's opinions on them.
Did they help increase your supply?
Are they worth the money?
Is there something that is better?

I ate them and saw an increase in my supply. I know that I could’ve made my own, but as a new mom working a demanding job, I was happy to pay for them and save myself the hassle of baking. Target had pretty regular sales on them so I would stock up.

I just threw 3 packs of these out because they’re gross. Get some oatmeal cream pie’s or oatmeal raisin cookies

I used to buy the oatmeal no bake cookies from the bakery. And eat steel cut oatmeal for breakfast, or add some flaxseed to my overnight oats.  I've never tried these but I'm sure they work the same way,  but you have cheaper options if you don't want to spend as much.

I believe they are a waste of money. They are expensive and the directions say to eat a bag or two once or twice a day. You're better off making them from scratch. Pintrest has good recipes. I tried a few and honestly none of them worked for me. I'd keep hydrated and latch baby as often as possible and eat a balanced diet with enough calories
