subchoronic haemorrhage at 13 weeks??

so i’ve just found out at my 12 week scan i have a SH! i did with my son but i had bleeding (that’s how i found out at 6 weeks) i haven’t had any bleeding yet 🤞🏽 but it’s a small one next to baby. i haven’t been told to take it easy or go on bed rest or anything she said to do nothing different!! is this true?? i’ve seen people go on bed rest for these?

I had a very very very very large one with my second & I wasn't on bed rest at all. I was only on pelvic rest(no sex etc) and no lifting or carrying at all. And my OB said try to rest as much as possible but bed rest isn't required.

I had one found at 12 weeks but I was having brown spotting and one huge fish of red. I was told mine was 3 times the size they normally see and I was out on light duty and pelvic rest. My bleeding stopped around 17 weeks.
