Teething questions 😬

So my almost 10 month old got his two bottom teeth and now getting his top teeth but they are not the front they look like the canines not 💯 % sure but my husband said they are can it be??? Is it normal?

Second question who has tried dr Talbots soothing pills?? For teething?? For me they work great especially the night ones I only give him two and falls right asleep are they healthy like good I feel bad cause he loves them and like he knows they calm him down but I don’t want to just give him if they put him to sleep. Although I read they are natural
