Cervical mucas what does it mean?

I was diagnosed 2 years ago with PCOS. Since January I have tracked my periods I have them every month just don't start them on the same day every month. Anyways my period for March was suppose to start round the 19th it didn't come till April 1st. But for this April when Glow predicted my Ovulation window I have had A LOT of watery and somewhat stretchy discharge im having to change underwear a couple times a day. I was hoping that someone could help? This isn't usually typical for me. Thanks im 6 dpo
