Anyone have any advice??

I had a ultrasound Tuesday and was told the bleeding has stopped. I had a subchorionic hematoma, but this morning I’ve been having mild cramping and this spotting when I wipe? I’m going to call my doctor first thing in the morning. I just hope my baby is okay😓🤞🏻 I’ll be 10 weeks on Tuesday.
