I feel like my March baby is always sick. From the time she was about 18 months old it seems like every other weeks she has a new virus or and ear infection. Most recently, we did a 10 day course of antibiotics for something we originally thought was a virus but turned out to be more. She was better for about 5 days. Then came time to go to our appointment to recheck and make sure everything had cleared up and she was sick again. I feel horrible because she can’t seem to catch a break. I know they’re building up their immune systems at this age, but good grief. Her pediatrician did say that if she did end up with another ear infection from whatever is going on right now that she plans to refer us to an ENT. I’m a little nervous about that.
