Phantom kicks 😳

Is anyone else having a lot of phantom kicks lately? I started working out to Insanity again and for the past 5 days or so my stomach has been going crazy. I thought it was just muscle spasms but now I'm getting kind of nervous, because they only seem to happen when I lay down or after I eat/drink something. I'm tempted to buy a pregnancy test...but I'm on birth control, my husband and I only do it like once a month and he pulls out. I'm having no other symptoms but these phantom kicks are freaking me out! Why would they just start happening after almost 2 years?! So weird...

Edit: I just got over my period, but I did miss a couple doses of birth control last month so I'm paranoid 😅
