Breast pump flange

Hey, I have a question for you moms, I’m a first timer so I’m new to pumps, I was wondering how you figure out the right flange size. I currently use the 24mm because it’s the size that came with my pump but I’m not sure if it’s the right fit or if I need to go down in size. Help!!
