In a country that relies heavily on people that have to commute to work and everywhere they go for a lot of people, do you think this is right or even fair? What about the fairness for those of us who live in the north that have to heat our homes for 8 months out of the year? Why not provide incentives to choose, instead of trying to force people to switch by over taxing and making it quite literally unaffordable?
